C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fairfax, Virginia. This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and wellness coaches. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life environment while allowing you to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.

• Conduct thorough assessments of new patients to develop tailored therapy plans that effectively address their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and functionality, focusing on non-surgical techniques to promote optimal recovery.
• Engage in regular evaluations of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Manage a balanced caseload while maintaining ample time for one-on-one interactions with each patient, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies to promote a healthier lifestyle post-treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and comprehensive treatment solutions based on shared insights and patient feedback.
• Utilize our EMR system, particularly WebPT, for meticulous documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to maintain high standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with physical therapy trends and advancements.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, using your expertise to instill confidence and positivity.

As a physical therapist at C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, older adults regaining mobility after surgeries, and individuals seeking to improve their quality of life through physical rehabilitation.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in a variety of manual therapy techniques and capable of designing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Strong understanding and practical application of current, research-supported physical therapy techniques.
• Able to effectively utilize EMR software, especially WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with patients and team members alike.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient setting, showcasing expertise in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Experience with specific patient populations relevant to our practice, including sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with community resources and additional wellness programs that can enhance patient recovery and lifestyle adaptation.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 60,000 to 104,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
