SENIOR MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS ANALYST

You know how to turn complex data into meaningful insights that improve marketing performance. As a senior marketing effectiveness analyst, youโ€™ll work across clients, channels and internal teams to uncover opportunities, inform strategy and provide recommendations that drive successful outcomes.

Youโ€™re an analytical thinker who can make complex information easy to understand and apply. Youโ€™re also ready to take on a leadership role within the marketing effectiveness team, helping to develop analysts and advance our approach to performance analytics.

What youโ€™ll do:
  • Analyze multichannel marketing campaigns across paid media, paid search, social, email and web.
  • Uncover insights that inform decision-making and optimization.
  • Partner with media, creative, account management and strategy to develop measurement strategies and learning agendas.
  • Use relational databases and structured query language (SQL) to answer business questions.
  • Develop custom analyses using Python or R.
  • Identify analytical opportunities for internal and external clients.
  • Support communications mix strategies and digital tagging, tracking and monitoring.
  • Play an active leadership role in account strategy.
  • Establish expectations for analysts and provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Develop thought leadership around performance analytics and emerging methodologies.
  • Stay current on marketing technology, analytics tools, industry practices and client business processes.
  • Manage analytics needs across multiple clients and channels.
What youโ€™ll bring:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science, preferably in mathematics, statistics, marketing, computer science, economics or business, and five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for a variety of audiences
  • Consulting and marketing experience
  • Strong collaboration, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work quickly across multiple priorities

Location: Milwaukee or Chicago

Travel: This position does not require regular travel. Actual travel may vary based on client assignment and other factors.

Salary Range: $80,000-95,000 annually

The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
