JOB DUTIES:

Business Analyst analyzes market data, pricing, and business performance, and supports forecasting, strategic planning, and product development. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the home appliance industry to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use R and SQL to extract, process, and analyze large datasets from sales reports, customer feedback, and industry publications. Develop data-driven analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support strategic planning, product promotion, and business performance monitoring. Provide actionable insights based on market intelligence, pricing trends, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure effective data integration and alignment of analytical insights across departments. Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic business initiatives. Enhance performance forecasting by analyzing market intelligence data from TraQline, competitive benchmarking reports, internal financial statements, and Profit and Loss data. Develop demand forecasts and revenue projections to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze cost structures, expense ratios, contribution margins, and net profit margins using financial and operational data. Develop pricing strategies, including Everyday Low Price models and channel margin analysis, to support competitive positioning and bidding processes. Present pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and analytical insights during cross-functional meetings, including Production, Sales, and Inventory discussions. Prepare and deliver business reports and executive presentations for senior management using insights from financial analysis and market research. Apply Python-based data analysis techniques, including web scraping tools, to collect and monitor pricing data across multiple sales channels. Analyze customer feedback using sentiment analysis techniques to identify customer preferences, product features, and competitive advantages. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including major home appliance brands, and evaluate pricing dynamics and competitive positioning. Synthesize findings from market research, financial analysis, and performance metrics to generate actionable recommendations. Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics across departments. Conduct performance analyses, provide analytical reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collect feedback, support product development initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate execution of strategic plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Operations Research, or a closely related field, plus minimum One year of post-baccalaureate experience working as Business Analyst, Business Specialist, or closely related positions. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience should include working with R; SQL; Python; Tableau; Power BI; data visualization; market research; competitive analysis; demand forecasts; revenue projections; Profit and Loss data analysis; developing dashboards and analytical reports; work with cross-functional teams; performance analysis; KPI tracking.
