TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Collections Coordinator to support a leading organization in Alpharetta, GA. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in A/R, collections, account aging, customer account resolution, and Excel who is organized, analytical, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.

Job Details

  • Location: Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid 

  • Pay: $20-22/hr. (DOE)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging and support ongoing collection efforts

  • Follow up on delinquent balances to help maintain continuous cash flow and reduce outstanding A/R

  • Communicate with group contacts, account executives, brokers, and collection agencies regarding account and collection matters

  • Research account discrepancies and assist with resolving collection-related issues

  • Maintain accurate account documentation and financial records

  • Utilize financial systems and Excel to track and manage account information

  • Apply strong negotiation and problem-solving skills when addressing outstanding balances and account concerns

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and financial information

  • Support established collection policies, procedures, and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of relevant experience with a high school diploma required

  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and collections processes

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and issue-resolution abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas

  • Working knowledge of financial systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Experience with the Collections module in Oracle Fusion is preferred

  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot to format spreadsheets and enhance written communication is a plus

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
