Our client in Waterbury, CT is seeking an Operations Assistant to support financial and administrative functions within a non-profit organization. This is a temporary assignment offering qualified candidates $25 per hour.
This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day business and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Support bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and budget tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with documentation for audits and compliance
  • Support client financial oversight, including monitoring benefits, entitlements, and personal accounts
  • Assist with regulatory reporting requirements (DDS, DSS, Social Security, etc.)
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other business documents
  • Maintain personnel and administrative records as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to executive leadership and office operations
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with all policies and regulations
