Summary:
Provides advanced analytical support using statistical modeling, predictive analysis, simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to support Army modernization and readiness decisions.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of Army logistics and equipping programs.
  • Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
  • Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
  • Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
  • Support modernization and fleet management initiatives.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of analytical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting Army modernization or rapid acquisition initiatives.
  • Experience with DST, Vantage, R Studio, SACS, and advanced analytical tools.
  • Clearance: Active Secret

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Former Army ORSA officer or HQDA analyst.
