Job description

We are an established property management and real estate investment services company with over 34 years of history, located in San Gabriel with a diversified portfolio of apartment, commercial/retail, medical, HOA, and single-family residence properties. We seek an experienced Accounting Associate (with AppFolio experience) to join our team. We also seek a Senior Accountant with a strong Property Management Accounting and AppFolio background. This would be a significantly higher-paying position than the compensation package for the Accountant role.

Job details - Accounting Associate:
- Will provide general support within the Accounting Department
- Data entry | Process vacate reports | Assist tenants/homeowners/property owners with inquiries
- Process A/P, A/R. and GL postings - Deposit checks/other negotiable instruments and pay property expenses
- Month-end closing duties (reconciliation of operating and bank statements)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of experience with AppFolio
- Minimum of 1 year working in an accounting/bookkeeping position (preferably property management-related)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
