The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving sales of life, auto, home and business insurance products through a mix of in-person, phone, and online client interactions. This role requires strong communication skills in multiple languages to effectively assess client needs, generate leads, and close policies while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Working primarily as an individual contributor within a sales team, and focuses on delivering tailored insurance solutions in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads to build a robust client base
  • Conduct customer consultations and assess insurance needs
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes for life, auto, and property policies
  • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage documentation and maintain compliance with industry regulations
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages to support diverse clients

Qualifications

  • Must already carry an Oregon P&C license or willingness to obtain in 2-4 weeks
  • Some experience in insurance sales, banking or Real Estate is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Drivers License is required
  • Proficient bilingual communication skills is required
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
  • Negotiation skills and familiarity with CRM software
