Identify prospects while using a CRM and sell bundled insurance packages.

Develop and maintain relationships within the community.

Master product knowledge, including features and benefits.

Set and achieve sales goals.

Adapt and stay resilient with a positive attitude.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.


Requirements

Current Property and Casualty (P&C) and/or Life and Health insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a specified time.

Proven success in sales or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and explain complex concepts clearly.

A commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs with a professional and personable approach.
