Join Our Team as a Dentist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice across two convenient Washington locations. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who values variety in their work environment and is looking for a role with significant upward mobility. We are currently offering a two-day-per-week schedule split between Port Orchard and Covington, but for the right candidate, this position is designed to evolve. We are looking for a long-term partner who is interested in eventually transitioning to a full-time role or exploring a formal partnership within the practice.

This position requires travel to two separate offices to support our diverse patient base:
Port Orchard, WA: One day per week.
Covington, WA: One day per week.
Start Date: ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, prosthetic, and preventive treatments.
Conduct thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
Lead a clinical team of assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient records and clinical notes.
Foster a positive, trusting relationship with patients through clear communication and clinical excellence.

Salary Range

Part-time $181,724 - $218,850 per hour
