Job Description

Overview: A leading dental laboratory is looking for an experienced full-time Dental Lab Ceramist to contribute high-level craftsmanship to our dental laboratory team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in creating lifelike, structurally precise, and aesthetically pleasing restorations that fulfill our clients high standards.
Duties: Responsibilities involve crafting advanced dental restorations with meticulous attention to color matching and anatomical texture replication. You will fabricate durable crowns, bridges, veneers, and other dental prosthetics using modern materials including Zirconia and Emax. Technicians must consistently follow established protocols and safety quality control measures while maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
Skills: Applicants must have extensive experience with ceramic layering techniques and a strong artistic commitment to replicating natural tooth anatomy. The ability to cooperate productively with a diverse technical production staff is necessary to ensure top-notch prosthesis results.

Salary Range

Full-time $17 - $21 per hour

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Assistant (3+ years)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ceramics, layering and finishing, and working in a dental laboratory setting is required.
Skills: Proven proficiency in ceramic layering techniques, shade matching, natural tooth replication, and meticulous attention to aesthetic detailing.

Preferences

Skills: Basic knowledge of dental CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows is considered a plus.
