Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Warren, OH. As a Registered Nurse on our day shift (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM), you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including veterans and long-term care patients. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and report patient conditions to the Charge Nurse and/or physician as needed

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
