Job description

CDL-A Dedicated Driver | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

If you want a driving job where you actually get to see your family during the week instead of just on a short weekend reset, this dedicated lane is a great setup. You get high-paying freight, predictable regional runs, and you get to sleep in your own bed 3 to 4 times every single week.

Earning Potential

  • Weekly Income: Average $1,600 to $1,800 a week (Top earners on this account clear $2,200+ weekly).
  • Unload Pay: Extra $325 for every single trailer you unload.
  • Backhaul Pay: Extra $30 for processing backhauls.
  • Sign-On Bonus: An extra $2,500 cash bonus to make your transition smooth.

Route & Work Details

  • Home Time: Home 3 to 4 times a week (in most cases, you are home every other day).
  • Freight: 100% touch freight. You will be unloading trailers at dedicated delivery points.
  • Lanes: Regular, steady runs throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
  • Volume: Averaging roughly 1,110 miles, 3 full loads, and 3 to 5 delivery stops per week.
  • Paid Prep: We provide full onsite training paid at a flat $150 per day to get you up to speed.

Schedule Reality

  • Because retail freight moves around the clock to stay stocked, this lane heavily features overnight driving shifts.
  • Weekend and holiday availability are a standard part of your regular workweek rotation.

What is Required

  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (MVR) and background check.
  • Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years.
  • Full physical capability to handle manual trailer unloads.
  • Secure Parking Mandate: You must have a verified, secure commercial location to park the truck and trailer during your home time.
  • Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
  • Note: This account cannot accept drivers who are currently in or looking for an SAP program.

Health & Support Perks

  • Modern, well-maintained equipment and a dedicated 24/7 operations support team.
  • Full medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous paid vacation packages.
