Job description

Dedicated Regional CDL-A Position – High Unload Pay

We are hiring professional drivers for a high-earning regional route that doesn't force you to live on the road. This dedicated Midwest account balances top-tier financial rewards with predictable home time, ensuring you get home to your family 3 to 4 times every single week.

Earnings & Pay Highlights

Value-Weekly Average : $1,500 to $1,700 (Top runners clear $2,000+)

Annual Potential : Up to $100,000 based on performance

Base Mileage Scale : Up to $0.85 CPM depending on your experience level

Trailer Unload Pay : $245 flat for every trailer you empty

Stop Pay : $25 per stop

Backhaul Processing : $70 per load

Sign-On Incentive : $2,500 transitional bonus package

Route Logistics & Work Design

This position handles dedicated regional freight moving through Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky. You will operate modern Freightliner and International equipment, averaging a highly manageable 800 to 1,000 miles per week.

This is a 100% touch-freight lane requiring physical trailer unloads at delivery locations. To get you fully acclimated, the position includes a paid 2-day field ride-along training program at a flat $150 per day.

Scheduling Reality

Your actual workdays will fluctuate based on store delivery demands and your weekly home resets, allowing you to hit your 3 to 4 home visits per week. Because retail logistics run continuously around the clock, drivers must be fully flexible to handle scheduled night runs, weekend shifts, and holiday dispatches within their normal workweek.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • 3 or more months of verifiable CDL-A experience in.
  • Complete physical capability to perform manual freight unloads safely.
  • Strong customer service communication skills at store delivery points.
  • A clear driving record (MVR) and background check.
  • Parking Rule: To comply with safety regulations, all equipment must be parked exclusively at the designated terminal or distribution center during home time.
  • Policy Reminder: This dedicated fleet is completely non-SAP friendly.

Company Care Packages

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Company-matched 401(k) retirement plan active after 60 days on the payroll.
  • Accrued paid vacation packages.
  • On-site corporate dispatch and 24/7 technical breakdown support teams.
