A healthcare facility in Clinton, Iowa is seeking a locum CRNA for ongoing coverage.
Compensation:
$240/hr
Position Details
Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Practice Setting: Hospital-based
Coverage Type: Scheduled OR coverage
Start Date: ASAP
Coverage Dates
June :
12-hour day shifts
July :
8-hour or 12-hour day shifts
Every Monday in June and July:
8-hour day shifts
Schedule
Monday Friday
8-hour shifts standard
40 patient contact hours weekly
Call optional once trained
Clinical Responsibilities
Independent CRNA practice
Anesthesia coverage for:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
GI procedures
Urology
ENT
OB
No cardiac or head cases
Practice Environment
4 Operating Rooms
1 GI Suite
1 OB Suite
Approximately surgical cases weekly
EMR: Epic
Lab and pharmacy onsite
CRNAs practice independently
Supportive OR and physician team environment
Patient Setting
Inpatient hospital coverage only
No telehealth responsibilities
No outreach responsibilities
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Active Iowa CRNA license or active compact license required
Must be within driving distance to Clinton, Iowa
Must be able to cover at minimum July
Experienced providers highly preferred
New graduates will be considered
Clean malpractice and background history required
NPDB report required and must be current within facility guidelines
