REPORTS TO: Department Head or Manager

BASED AT: 303 University Dr. East, College Station, TX 77840

JOB SUMMARY

To acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our customers through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.

  • Connects with customers in a friendly and meaningful way.

  • Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.

  • Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences, regardless of department or channel.

  • Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

  • Courteously takes returns and offers options based on customer’s needs.

  • Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms returns merchandise to other departments)

  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the POS System and be able to ring up customer purchases.

  • Contributes to team effort by adhering to the company’s core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Growth and Development, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.
