Position Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends)


About the Role

As a Control Operator at Prevail Security Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring security systems and surveillance equipment

  • Dispatching officers and responding promptly to alarms or incidents

  • Conducting routine patrols and site inspections

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and digital reports

  • Providing professional customer service and support to clients and team members

  • Upholding all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment

You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in safety and client service.


What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 1 year of professional security experience (office building or control room experience preferred)

  • A valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel to the Allen Parkway area (77449 proximity preferred)

  • An active security license (required)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

  • Basic smartphone proficiency and ability to complete digital incident reports

  • Familiarity with security software and monitoring tools (a plus)

  • Flexible availability - must be able to work day, night, and weekend shifts
