Compensation:

We are partnering with an established, growing full-service restaurant organization seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, develop strong teams, and deliver exceptional food quality and execution.

What You'll Do:
• Lead all day-to-day back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Ensure consistent food quality, recipe execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and kitchen profitability.
• Lead by example during busy service periods while creating a positive team culture.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or similar BOH leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume full-service restaurant environments (approximately $4M–$6M+ in annual sales).
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
• Candidates from corporate full-service restaurant brands are highly preferred. High-volume fast-casual or QSR leaders with strong leadership, tenure, and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
