A 5K run is a road running event that covers a distance of 5 kilometers, which is approximately 3.1 miles. It is one of the most popular race distances for beginners and experienced runners alike, as it is challenging yet achievable for most people with some training. 5K races are often held to raise funds for charities, promote community health, or celebrate special events. Many people participate in 5K runs to improve their fitness, set personal records, or enjoy the camaraderie of a race day atmosphere.

Job description

Looking for High-Ticket Closers! We are looking for people with 1+ years of proven high-ticket closing experience selling $5K–$15K+ coaching, consulting, or agency offers over Zoom/phone. Consultative Sales. This is a REMOTE position.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be enrolling warm, qualified leads into our coaching program via Zoom - zero cold outreach required. Pricing ranges from $14k-$25k+ for our programs. Leads are either high-scoring on the coaching application they fill out prior to getting on calls, or they are screened by a setter and then sent to Closers. We run consistent, live events where we send hot people straight into the process. We also run consistent, 'Hammer Them' style ads/content to our leads that make them more aware, educated, and fired up coming into your calendars. We also answer objections, concerns, and questions in the content prior to leads getting to you. We have a mix of ad and organic traffic. Ad traffic is VERY much warmed up prior!
There is a guarantee in our coaching program that we refund every dollar back to the student if they are not earning between $5k-$10k/month within the program, so it's fun to sell! (You still keep your commission if this happens too.)

Responsibilities:

  • Take 4–5 inbound Zoom calls per day
  • Maintain a 20%+ close rate
  • Follow up with leads who didn’t enroll
  • Attend daily Zoom sales huddles
  • Keep CRM + reports up to date.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years closing $5K–$15K+ high-ticket coaching/consulting offers.
  • Track record of 20%+ close rate on Zoom/phone sales
  • Skilled at objection handling and confident in performance-driven environments
  • Remote-ready: Reliable WiFi, Zoom presence, and CRM proficiency

Compensation: 10% Commission-only role with PIF, weekly, and monthly bonuses. On-target earnings range from $10K–$20K/month+ (uncapped) depending on performance and the volume you take. Our top closers will range between $15k-$25k/month.
