• Alarms, KPIs, Parameters knowledge.
• RF Tools WebEM, LTEPAT, NMS
• Analytical skills to analyze KPIs/Drive Test related QoS issues.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate the customer and present results.
• Flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the drive test teams to make sure the drive tests are performed as per the plan and on time.
• Making sure all the CIQ data and Port Matrix Data and all other information needed to prepare SCFs is available on time.
• Follow the swap schedule on daily basis.
• Coordinate with GDC teams, Project Management and the customer.
• Present daily, weekly swap updates to the customer in Daily/Weekly meetings.
• Maintain and update trackers for the sites that are swapped and the services delivered.
• Trigger the activities (SSV, SSS) at the right time once the swap is completed to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Investigate KPIs Quality of Service-related issues at Cell/Band/Site/Cluster Level.
• Login to the sites to check Alarms and Operations relates issues and convey them to the relevant teams.
• Evaluate the SSV/SSS/SSP reports before submitting them to the customer.
• Coordinate with GDC teams to make sure that error free reports are sent to the customer for their acceptance.
• Perform LTE/5G Parameter Audit and correlate the changes with any KPIs behavioral change.
• 5G Optimization experience covering Sub6 Optimization; DSS Optimization; mmWave Optimization; VONR, NSA, SA.
• Experience with Multi-Layer Cluster Optimization including 5G/LTE/UMTS.
• Performs RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance.
• Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems.
• Implementation of new features and tuning 5G/4G (LTE) radio network parameters.
• Experience with network performance management functions including trending, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience with 5G/LTE parameters, KPI counters, Operational Performance Indicator (OPI) counters, and associated call scenarios. Skills to review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performance degradation issues is required.
• Deep experience in network performance components and troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, drop call rates, access/rach failures etc. Have knowledge of tools including OSS , Web Element Manager, CM Editor, SON etc. creating reports and deep dive counter-based analysis.
• Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities, e.g., handover control, admission controls, capacity management, etc.
• Knowledge of running traces for troubleshooting/analysis. Must have knowledge of the various drive testing equipment such as JDSU/RAN Advisor, Nemo, TEMS, X-CAL, Windcatcher and FalconSmart.
• Experience with OSS in alarm management, performance Suite management, and parameter configuration
