Core Integration Delivery Lead

E-Space

Saratoga, CA • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you’ve come to the right place!

E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.

We’re intentional, we’re unapologetically curious and we’re 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.

We are looking for a Core Integration Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of E-Space's 5G Core software integration workstream. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders — you will own the integration roadmap, track dependencies across teams and suppliers, and ensure that integration milestones are met on time and to specification. You are technically grounded enough to engage credibly with engineers and vendors, and organised enough to keep a complex, multi-party delivery moving. This is not a traditional program management role: you are expected to get into the details, identify blockers early, and drive resolution rather than report on them.

.

What you will do:
  • Own the integration delivery roadmap for the 5G Core software workstream: maintain the master schedule, track milestones, and surface dependencies across internal engineering teams, back-end platform vendors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate across the core software, systems engineering, integration test, and BSS/OSS integration teams to align on interface readiness, integration sequencing, and release gate criteria.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships within the integration workstream — track contractual commitments, hold vendors to delivery schedules, and escalate when timelines or quality are at risk.
  • Maintain a live view of integration dependencies: identify critical path items, flag risks before they become delays, and own the action log that drives resolution.
  • Run structured integration planning cadences: weekly sync across teams, milestone readiness reviews, and go/no-go gates at each phase boundary.
  • Own integration status reporting to senior stakeholders — clear, concise, and actionable; surface what is on track, what is at risk, and what decisions are needed.
  • Track interface readiness across teams: ensure that API specifications, test harnesses, and acceptance criteria are in place before integration milestones are committed.
  • Work with the systems engineering and test teams to maintain traceability between requirements, interface specifications, and integration test coverage.
  • Drive post-milestone retrospectives; capture lessons learned and feed them into the next phase delivery plan.
What you bring to this role:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration management, or engineering programme leadership in a telecom, networking, or satellite systems environment.
  • Sufficient technical depth in mobile core networks or telecom software systems to engage credibly with engineers and vendors — able to understand interface specifications, integration dependencies, and test coverage without needing everything translated.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor integration programmes: tracking supplier commitments, resolving dependency conflicts, and holding external parties accountable to schedule and quality.
  • Strong dependency and risk management discipline: able to maintain a live dependency map across a complex workstream and drive risk mitigation before issues become delays.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams simultaneously — systems, software, test, and platform — with different delivery cadences and priorities.
  • Clear, structured communication: able to write concise status reports and run efficient review meetings that produce decisions rather than just updates.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as technical realities change in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus points for the following:
  • Hands-on background in 5G Core, LTE EPC, or telecom software integration — prior engineering role before moving into delivery leadership.
  • Experience managing integration delivery in a satellite or non-terrestrial network programme.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD-driven software delivery and how automated test gates interact with integration milestone planning.
  • Experience with BSS/OSS or back-end platform integration programmes involving SIM provisioning, billing, or subscriber management systems.
  • Background in a startup or scale-up environment where delivery structure has to be built from scratch alongside the product.

This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Arlington, TX or Saratoga, CA office.

The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow-ed.
