Level 2 Expo/Runner: Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging & Serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locating Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones
