Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualification:

  • A Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license by the State is REQUIRED. 

  • Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:

  • Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:

    • Physical injury or illness

    • Cognitive impairment

    • Psychosocial dysfunction

    • Mental illness

    • Developmental or learning disability

    • Adverse environmental conditions

  • Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
