A 4 PM to 12 AM job is a work shift that typically starts in the late afternoon and ends at midnight. It is commonly found in industries such as healthcare, customer service, security, hospitality, and manufacturing. Employees working this shift may receive shift differentials or additional pay due to the late hours.
