Crane Operator (45–75 Ton) – Steady Work, Top Pay, No Corporate BS

We are a busy, established crane service company operating from Ft Collins to Pueblo and we are looking for a reliable, experienced Crane Operator to join our team.

What We Offer:

  • $35–$50/hour (based on experience and capability)
  • Steady, year-round work
  • Well-maintained equipment (45 ton, 50 ton, 75 ton cranes)
  • Direct communication — no layers of management
  • ⚖️ Some flexibility when schedules allow
  • No corporate politics, no micromanaging


Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Some Saturdays depending on workload


Requirements:

  • Valid CDL (required)
  • Crane Certification (required) NCCO
  • Proven experience operating 45–75 ton cranes
  • Ability to show up on time and handle responsibility without constant oversight
  • Mechanical awareness (ability to troubleshoot is a BIG plus)
