Staff Force is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As an Forklift Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize a warehouse management system to locate and pick items from designated locations

- Ensure accuracy by double-checking quantities and product codes

- Package orders securely to prevent damage during transit

- Operate material handling equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks

- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role preferred

- Mechanical knowledge for operating material handling equipment

- Previous experience on a sit down forklift

- Proficiency in materials handling techniques

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus

- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to [50] pounds

- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
