Job description

Part-Time In-Home ABA Positions Available – Immediate Cases

Alpha & Omega Kids is currently hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities throughout Maspeth, New York.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving ongoing supervision and support from a BCBA.

Schedule

  • Part-time positions available
  • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
  • Cases available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Highest need for afternoon availability (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Daytime and afternoon cases available
  • Consistent weekly schedules provided

Compensation

  • $20–$34 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document session data using a mobile device
  • Complete accurate and timely session notes
  • Support communication, behavior management, and daily living skill development
  • Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers
