Administrative Front Desk Coordinator – Temporary (3-4 months)

Location: Leesburg, VA
Pay: $24–$26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary, approximately 3–4 months
Start Date: ASAP / early next week!


We are seeking an energetic, professional, and quick-thinking Administrative Front Desk Coordinator for a temporary 3–4 month assignment with our client in Leesburg, VA. This position will provide coverage while a team member is on leave and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment.


The successful candidate will be a positive and dependable professional with excellent customer service and communication skills. You should be comfortable serving as a welcoming first point of contact while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities and shifting priorities throughout the day.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers
  • Provide professional and friendly front desk/customer service support
  • Handle general administrative and office support responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to requests and changing priorities
  • Assist with correspondence, scheduling, documents, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to support daily operations
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office environment


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Quick thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is ideal
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and able to commit to the full 3–4 month assignment
  • Available to begin as early as next week
  • Must be able to pass background check


Compensation: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience.
