What You'll Do
• Guide qualified buyers through the home buying process from consultation to closing.
• Show homes throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.
• Write and negotiate purchase offers.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through exceptional communication.
• Follow up consistently with team-provided opportunities while also generating business through your own prospecting efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within our CRM.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from the first conversation through closing day.
Qualifications
• Active Tennessee Real Estate License. (If not licensed yet, we can help with that)
• One to three years of real estate experience preferred, although highly motivated newer agents are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Committed to personal and professional growth.
Compensation
Commission-Based Position
Expected earnings: $75,000-$300,000+ annually.
Many of our experienced agents produce well beyond these numbers.
There are no desk fees.
There are no marketing fees.
We invest heavily in agents who are committed to investing in themselves.
