  • Drive Operational and Planning Excellence: Analyze data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs, providing strategic insights for Planning and Operations.

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Data Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven experience (1-3 years) in an analytical role, demonstrated through comprehensive reports, presentations, dashboards, models, and data visualizations for various audiences.
  • Supply Chain Savvy: Thorough understanding and proficiency in supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Data analysis experience (1-3 years) in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, production, or a related field.

Technical Skills
  • Visualization Prowess: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Grafana for data visualization and dashboarding.
  • Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL (preferably within Snowflake), data build tool (dbt), Common Table Expression (CTE), and Databricks SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Analytical Skills

Proficiency in CTEs and Databricks is preferred. A deep understanding of data visualization platforms such as Tableau and/or Grafana is essential. Additionally, comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Sheet functions, Google App Script, and Excel is preferred. R and Python programming, also nice to have in the long term, strictly for analytical DataFrame purposes.
