Production Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $21.38 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:45 PM–6:45 AM
Alliance Workforce is hiring dependable Production Operators for a third-shift opportunity in Oldsmar. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and stay focused on quality and safety.

Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Load materials and monitor the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
• Package, label, and prepare products for the next stage of production
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety rules and supervisor instructions
