What are some common challenges associated with working a 3rd shift position and how can I manage them?

Working a 3rd shift, also known as the night shift, often presents challenges such as disrupted sleep patterns, fatigue, and difficulty balancing social or family life. To manage these challenges, it's important to establish a consistent sleep schedule, create a dark and quiet sleep environment, and prioritize healthy eating and exercise.
