Warehouse Equipment Operator/Associate

Pay: up to $22/hr based on experience

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift 2am-10:30am

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for operating multiple types of material handling equipment (MHE), completing order fulfillment tasks, and utilizing handheld scanning computers to track and manage inventory. *MUST TEST NEGATIVE FOR THC*

The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate powered industrial equipment to move, stage, and store product
  • Use handheld RF scanning computers and navigate multiple system screens
  • Perform order picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment protocols
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Required Equipment Experience

Candidates must have experience operating all of the following:

  • Cherry Picker / Order Picker
  • Reach Truck / Reach Lift
  • Clamp Truck
  • Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
  • Stand-Up Forklift
  • Sit-Down Forklift
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Warehouse experience required

• Experience using handheld RF scanners

Physical Requirements
