Job Description 

Safely Operate draw benches to provide our customers with products of the highest value, quality, and performance.

  • Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations. 

  • Follow work Instructions and process specifications for machine setup and production. 

  • Keep track of drawbench changeovers. 

  • Complete machine setup/changeover in a timely manner.  

  • Read micrometers.  

  • Perform routine quality checks/Visual inspections 

  • Enter quality checks into Route Card. 

  • Place nonconforming products on hold. 

  • Monitor the draw bench to ensure production of quality product. 

  • Report maintenance issues as they arise. 

  • Communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc.  

  • Perform housekeeping to meet expectations. 

  • Must be willing to operate other equipment if needed.  

Qualifications 

  • Previous Draw Bench experience preferred. 

  • Ability to meet production rates.  

  • Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually. 

  • Possess excellent time management skills. 

  • Be a driven self-starter who requires minimal supervision. 

  • Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance. 

  • Possess an excellent quality record. 

  • Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills. 

  • Obtain and maintain a valid Forklift License
