Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Associate
Schedule & Pay:
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overtime as needed)
  • Training/Orientation Pay: $24.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift Pay: $25.00/hr once moved to the assigned shift

Our client is a large window and door design and manufacturing company that produces high-quality building products for residential and commercial applications.
Job Summary:
We are seeking Production Associates to support the manufacturing of windows in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating machinery, assisting on the assembly line, inspecting products for quality, and preparing finished materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate small and large machines used in window production
  • Assist on the assembly line building and machining windows for hardware installation
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and handle materials used in production
  • Stage and package finished products for delivery
  • Perform general warehouse and production duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety guidelines
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in commercial woodworking (windows, millwork, cabinets, etc.)
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
  • Basic knowledge of building materials
  • Ability to perform simple math and use basic measuring tools
