3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Plymouth

As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the supervision of 3rd shift operations at the Plymouth Production and Distribution facility. Coordination is required between this position and other Shift Supervisors, Production Manager, Line Leads and Lead personnel, Safety Managers, and Human Resources. The key challenge of this position is to continually improve the overall effectiveness through improvements to safety, processing and packaging costs, product quality, and employee morale.

What You Can Offer

  • Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related field.
  • 3 years of related experience working in a supervisory management role.
  • Ability to fluently communicate needs of production staff.
  • Requires a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and supervisory skills.
  • Must possess a coaching mentality and have a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Basic understanding of LOTO.
  • Specific knowledge of production processes and packaging operations.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work occasional weekend hours and additional hours as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations, or other Plant Executive Management.
