Bindery Material Handler 1 - 1st Shift
Material Handler Pay: $17.50 per hour for 1st shift with a 7% increase for second and third shifts.
Additional Incentives:
  • $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
  • $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
  • Company will provide all tools necessary
  • 2 Weeks Vacation
  • Training provided

Work Hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedules. 8, 10 & 12-hour shifts.
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for both locations.
Must be 18+ years of age.
As a Material Handler you will:
  • Create bundles of book sections.
  • Feed book sections into the binding machine.
  • Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
  • Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 80 pounds
  • Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
