Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for our client. This role involves learning industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to the assigned department. Under the guidance of a Level 3 Trainer or Team Leader, the trainee learns department-specific skills, loads raw materials, unloads finished products, performs basic deburring, and follows sequences of operations on routers.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to the department they are assigned.
  • Under the guidance of the Level 3 Trainor or Team Leader, the operator learns skills related to the department.

  • Loads raw material and unloads finished product from machine.
  • Preforms basic deburring on product.
  • Learns basics of safety, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, and speeds and feeds.
  • Learns safe operation of, receives practical experience on: lathes and milling machines within the department. they are assigned.

  • Communicate with co-workers, and team leader to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
