JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:
The position will be responsible for processing raw materials for downstream production.
POSITION TYPE / HOURS OF WORK:
Full-Time Non-Exempt
8 hours per day / 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday. Overtime available when business needs dictate
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Read and understand labels on totes.
  • Set up equipment and machinery, according to product.
  • Oversee fill, measure and weigh all product to specification.
  • Read scales.
  • Label products correctly.
  • Prepare products for shipment.
  • Meet all production standards; perform work in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Work in a safe manner adhering to all established safety guidelines and requirements.
  • Accurately complete work order paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
  • Follow all outlined processing specifications, understanding and achieving all quality requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  • Clean work area at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Regular attendance according to schedule.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Weight Lifting and Carrying:
