Description
Join the team at Grassland Dairy Products, a leader in dairy innovation for over 100 years. We're looking for a detail-oriented Fluid Equipment Operator to help run the critical systems that turn fresh milk into high-quality dairy ingredients enjoyed worldwide.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate complex fluid processing systems like pasteurizers, ultra-filtration, micro-filtration, and evaporators
  • Monitor product quality, including temperature, composition, and other physical/chemical properties
  • Keep detailed records and perform daily equipment sanitation
  • Troubleshoot equipment and work efficiently in tight or confined spaces
  • Support quality assurance and safety protocols at all times
  • Understand and support the full production process from raw product to finished goods

Summary of Pay:
Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hour to $31.12/hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Education & Experience:
