Maintenance Technician - (3rd Shift)

Location: TIDI Products - Neenah, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour Pay Based on Experience

At TIDI Products, every product we manufacture supports caregivers and protects patients. As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently while helping us continuously improve our manufacturing processes.

This is more than fixing machines-it's about solving problems, preventing downtime, and making an impact every day.

Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required

Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

Experience repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Ability to work 3rd Shift and participate in an on-call rotation

Ability to work occasional weekends when business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field

4-6 years manufacturing experience

Forklift/Aerial Lift Certification

Lean Manufacturing, CMMS, and Root Cause Analysis experience

**Candidates without industrial maintenance experience may not be considered for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical equipment.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.

Perform preventative maintenance.

Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment.

Continuous Improvement

Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Teamwork

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality.

Document repairs and communication on equipment issues.
