About the role:
The Distribution Analyst for Liquid I.V plays a key role in driving process improvement and operational consistency across our 3PL Distribution Centers. Liquid I.V. is looking for an experienced candidate in the supply chain space that doesn't shy away from deep process improvement work and supplier relationship management, finding joy in tackling the big, painful problem areas that exist in a decentralized distribution network. Liquid I.V. views this role as a critical cog in training and development. The right candidate is or can grow into a subject matter expert and excel in passing their knowledge to other participants in the distribution, logistics, and broader supply chain team.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
  • Work with and support Liquid I.V. 3PL distribution partner and internal teams s to make sure our inbound, storage, and outbound daily functions operate effectively
  • Own scorecards and dashboards that drive action across key distribution KPIs and OKRs for the Liquid I.V. supply chain
  • Be the voice of Liquid I.V. to our distribution 3PL partners, own communication and context from Liquid I.V. to 3PL and 3PL to Liquid I.V. internal teams
  • Map, analyze, and optimize distribution workflows across multiple 3PL sites with a focus on cost
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all distribution functions
  • Collaborate with inventory control, accounting, and planning team to streamline inventory control processes at warehouses and minimize unwanted inventory adjustments and surprises
  • Own distribution costing and reporting on a monthly basis
  • Analyze distribution data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Liquid I.V. stakeholders and/or 3PL

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, supply chain, or another business-related field)
  • Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in distribution, supply chain operations, logistics, or 3PL
  • Ability to take a set of data and turn it into insights and actions
  • Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets. ERP and PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Quick learner - not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge.
  • Strong supplier management experience, including performance monitoring and corrective action planning

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $75,700 - $113,500 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
