Job description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our warehouse operations and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in managing retailer routing and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for proactive customer check-ins, resolving escalations, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer concerns; work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Oversee routing and compliance requirements for major retailers and e-commerce partners (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kohls etc.).
  • Ensure customers are updated on order status, inventory, and operational changes.
  • Monitor compliance with retailer/vendor requirements and internal SOPs.
  • Collaborate with operations, shipping, and billing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on customer KPIs, SLA performance, and service improvements.
  • Support onboarding of new customers, including setup, system integrations, and training.
  • Continuously look for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

·         3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or account management

·         Knowledge of 3PL processes and retailer compliance standards

·         Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
