Make a Difference
The Lead 3D Imaging Processing Specialist performs leadership duties associated with the daily operations of the 3D Lab. Using various computer applications, the Lead 3D Imaging Processing Specialist will collect data from the Imaging modalities and utilize the data to produce high quality quantitative and qualitative images which highlight relevant anatomy and pathology using multi planar reconstruction, maximal intensity projection, volume and surface rendering and other display protocols. The Lead 3D Imaging Processing Specialist will collaborate closely with the physicians to develop processing protocols. The position will ensure the efficient and timely performance of all daily functions with continual emphasis on workflow improvements, increased productivity, enhanced quality, and overall compliance.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Leads and supports 3D imaging lab operations by coordinating staff scheduling, training, and workflow while ensuring high-quality image post-processing and regulatory compliance. Serves as a clinical and technical resource, collaborates with physicians and imaging staff, and helps drive process improvements, staff development, and system optimization.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of IN
  • One of the following: ARRT (CT) OR ARRT (MR)
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • 5+ years of CT and/or MRI experience required
  • 2+ years of advanced post-processing experience with multiple applications (preferred)
  • Graduate of an accredited imaging program (preferred)
