**Job Title:** Architectural Visualizer / Renderer

**Location:** Chantilly, VA (In-office)

**Schedule:** Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled **Architectural Visualizer** or **Renderer** to join our team. This position involves creating high-quality visual renderings and flyover animations to showcase architectural designs. The role is in-office, based in Chantilly, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed renderings of architectural designs and concepts
  • Create flyover animations to visualize project layouts
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to produce accurate visual representations
  • Use computer graphics software to turn data and designs into realistic images and videos

About Rendering:

Rendering is the process of generating a final visual output from data or a design. It is used across various fields:

  • In computer graphics and gaming: transforming 3D models into realistic images or videos
  • In video editing: adding effects and transitions to produce finished videos
  • In web browsers: displaying web pages on screens

For example, a 3D animation program renders a scene complete with lighting and shadows to produce realistic visuals.

Qualifications:
