Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. All-Source Analysis CI and Research, Technology, Protection (RTP) Analysis Support to support a Federal Government client. Description: * Shall conduct all-source analysis in support of protecting critical unclassified DoD program and technology information resident on, or transiting, Defense Industrial Base (DIB) unclassified systems and networks. Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. * Shall conduct analysis of known or suspected FIE collection activity against compromised US Army technological information. * Shall produce intelligence products including initial information reports and formal information reports for Damage Assessments, as well as Cyber Intrusion Damage Assessment (CIDA) briefings. * The initial information reports shall focus on a broad overview of FIE collection activity against identified compromised technologies. The purpose is to inform the team of the FIE threat to specific technologies and assist in the refinement of compromised technologies. * Shall produce written intelligence assessments to identify CI threats against US Army interests. * Shall answer production requirements and RFIs; identify intelligence gaps and write consumer evaluations of raw reporting; and prepare and present briefings related to assigned areas of responsibility. * Shall perform research, analysis, and production of FIE Threat Assessments, Multidiscipline CI Threat Assessments (MDCITA), FIE Threat Briefings, Visual Information Products, CI Notes (CIN), ASRs, responses to RFIs, and analytical support to named operations. Job Requirements Required experiences : * Must be a graduate of a military department or civilian intelligence analyst course: * Army (35F, 351F, 35M, 351M, or CISAC); Air Force (BISC); or Navy (SABTB). * Minimum 8 years of experience as an all-source analyst. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Research, Development, and Acquisition. Demonstrated research, analysis and writing skills IAW ICD 203. * Must have an understanding of Foreign Intelligence Entity tactics, techniques, and procedures. * Must be familiar with foreign threats to DoD or federal government technology research and development programs and/or threats to DoD or federal government infrastructure. * Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to present and advocate for analytic methodologies. * Must demonstrate the ability to write clear and concise communications for senior leaders. * Must possess familiarity with common Intelligence Community software and systems. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. * Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team in a high-operational-tempo environment. Required education: * High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Associate's degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Bachelor's degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Master's degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Security Clearance: * Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Location: * Wright Patterson, AFB, OH.
