About the Opportunity

Unified Care Home Health Services is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Pediatric Private Duty LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting
  • Perform and assist with skilled nursing treatments and daily care needs
  • Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate any changes to the care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow physician orders, individualized care plans, and agency policies
  • Support and educate families and caregivers on patient care needs

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida LPN License (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred
  • Home health or private duty experience preferred
  • Experience with trach, g-tube, and ventilator-dependent patients is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation to travel within the service area
