Curant Health is searching for a Territory Account Manager to join its team. 

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as the external liaison and Curant Point of Contact (CPOC) for clients, responding to their needs and coordinating programs and services between Curant Health and its clients as directed by the Client Performance Manager. The TAM is a strategic partner and patient advocate who manages the growth and expansion of new and existing account relationships as exemplified by bringing new patients on to service. The TAM creates tactical marketing partnerships with Clinics to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship between Curant Health and our clients. The TAM ensures client satisfaction by acting as a knowledgeable representative of Curant Health products and services from an operational and commercial standpoint.

The Territory Account Manager will have accountability for enhancing client partnerships and new patient growth, while teaming with the Regional Business Manager (RBM), Business Support Specialists (BSS), and Curant Health Operations to maximize revenue for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Actively expands and grows assigned account relationships for various Clients, Clinics, Federal Grantees and Sub-Grantees, State Health Agencies, Community Health Centers, University and Children’s Hospitals, and Payors, etc.
  • Leverages all Curant Health infrastructures as functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) including but not limited to the following: Salesforce, MedPlan, PioneerRx and all other reporting and analytic tools. Works with Regional Business Manager to optimize current client performance in accordance with 340B Re-Imagined.
  • Meets or exceed New Patient goals.
  • Manages pre-determined opportunity list as assigned by Client Performance Manager and approved by Commercial Leadership Team. This opportunity list will be refreshed at minimum bi-annually. Prospect optimization may require working with both Regional Business Manager(s) within Provider Market and other National Account Managers as deemed necessary across Vertical Market of Focus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
