Job Title: After School Sports Coach
Locations: Kendall, Palmetto bay, and Westchester areas
Position Type: Part-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and positive After School Sports Coaches to lead youth sports programs. Coaches will introduce fundamental skills, encourage participation, and create an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels motivated to learn and play.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise sports activities for children grades Pk-8th grades.
  • Teach fundamental skills in multiple sports (soccer, basketball, baseball, flag football, cheerleading, volleyball, etc.).
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes.
  • Ensure participant safety and supervise children at all times.
  • Set up/take down equipment before and after sessions.

Desired Experience
  • Previous experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or mentoring preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic sports such as Flag Football, Soccer, and Basketball rules and skills; multi-sport background a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Schedule
  • Part-time, weekday afternoons (typically 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
  • Flexible based on school/park program needs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $17 per hour (based on experience).
