Requirements
  • Salary between $83,880k to $85,300k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
  • Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
  • Have minimum 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
  • Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
  • Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
  • Ability to work on tools when needed.
  • Have working knowledge of Procore
