Overview

We're hiring three experienced Crew Chiefs to lead mitigation and restoration projects in the North Atlanta market. You'll oversee field technicians, ensure highquality work, and deliver excellent customer service on every job.

What You'll Do
  • Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, mold, and cleanup projects
  • Perform inspections, document job conditions, and communicate next steps to clients
  • Ensure proper equipment setup, monitoring, and jobsite safety
  • Train and mentor technicians
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience
  • Prior leadership or crew lead experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift/move equipment and work in various environments
  • IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) preferred
